1General Terms

2Account & Registration
To create an account on ku444, the following requirements must be met:
- Age: The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
- Single Account: Each person may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity documents is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. ku444 reserves the right to close any account found to contain false information.
- Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. ku444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password with others.
- Contact Details: The mobile number or email address linked to your account must remain active at all times.
Ku444 may request a copy of your identity documents at any time for account verification purposes. Failure to provide them within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

3Bonuses & Promotions
Ku444 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:
- Welcome Bonus: The Welcome Bonus is available to first-time registered members only. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
- Wagering Requirements: Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (typically 5x to 30x). Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Bonus Validity: Each bonus must be used within a set time limit. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
- Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games. Full terms for each bonus can be found on the Promotions page.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts, or similar practices — is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.
While a bonus is active, your deposit and bonus balances are displayed separately. Only your real money balance can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
4Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ku444 are processed securely and efficiently. The payment terms are as follows:
- Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (Two Hundred BDT).
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳ 500 (five hundred BDT).
- Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
- Processing Time: 5–15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. 1–3 business days for Bank Transfer.
- Third-Party Prohibition: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals above ৳ 50,000 may be subject to an additional verification process.

Ku444 never charges any fees for transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ku444 bears no responsibility.
5Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules are strictly enforced for Sports Betting and gaming on ku444:
- Bet Settlement: Bets cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, unless ku444 chooses to offer such an option at its own discretion.
- Technical Error: If a game or bet is cancelled due to technical reasons such as server errors or connectivity issues, any wagered funds will be returned.
- Incorrect Odds: ku444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
- Live Betting: ku444 has the final say on whether to accept or decline any bet placed in live betting.
- Match Cancelled: If a match does not start or is cancelled, the full stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
- Maximum Win Limit: A maximum win limit may apply to each event, which will be displayed in the betting interface.
All games on ku444 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Every outcome is entirely independent and unbiased — previous results have no effect on future ones.
6Responsible Gaming
Ku444 firmly believes that gaming should be purely a form of entertainment. We are committed to safeguarding the well-being and financial security of our members.
- Deposit Limit: You can set a limit on the maximum amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Loss Limit: You can set a limit on the maximum amount you are able to lose within a given period.
- Session Limit: You can set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
- Cooling-Off Period: You can take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: You also have the option to permanently close your account.

7Account Suspension & Termination
Ku444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is found.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with incorrect or false information.
- Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Displaying disrespectful behavior toward other members or staff.
You may request account closure at any time. Your account will be closed within 72 hours of receiving your request. If you have a remaining balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it.
8Privacy & Data Protection

9Intellectual Property
All content on the ku444 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the sole property of ku444 or used under license. No user may use, copy, distribute, or modify these materials without prior written permission.
10Limitation of Liability
Ku444 shall not be held liable for the following:
- Losing a bet due to your internet connection dropping.
- Unauthorized access to an account due to third-party software or hacking.
- Any financial loss occurring outside the platform.
- Service disruptions caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.

11Changes to Terms
Ku444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
